About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated caregiver who combines compassion with reliability to deliver high-quality in-home care. As a Caregiver and Home Health Aide at All Ways Caring HomeCare, you'll develop trusted relationships with clients while supporting their independence, dignity, and quality of life each day.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands
- Provide mobility support and help clients move safely around their homes
- Monitor and report on client health and wellness to supervisors and healthcare professionals
- Offer emotional support and companionship tailored to each client's needs
- Follow care plans precisely and maintain accurate client records
- Maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients
- Respond with flexibility to changing client needs and schedules
What We're Looking For

- Physical capability to assist with mobility and light household tasks

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between client homes

- High school diploma or equivalent; prior caregiving or healthcare experience a plus
