Regional Marketing Manager, Benelux (Remote, NLD)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to drive marketing execution across the Benelux region. This is a remote position based in the Netherlands.

Our client is a global leader in their field, and this role is critical to accelerating growth, strengthening market presence, and driving measurable pipeline across Benelux. As the primary marketing lead for the region, you'll partner closely with local Sales teams to deliver impactful events, build demand generation campaigns, and translate regional priorities into marketing programs that drive results.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing strategy for Benelux aligned to pipeline targets and territory priorities
• Drive market development programs, adapting strategies and campaigns to market maturity, competitive dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities
• Increase brand awareness, market penetration, and customer engagement across the region
• Design and execute integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and measurable revenue contribution
• Partner with Regional Sales Directors and their teams to support territory plans and strategic account priorities
• Manage program performance end-to-end, including KPI tracking, reporting, and ROI optimization
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and marketing contribution to revenue
• Analyze competitive activity and market trends to continuously refine strategy
• Deliver regular executive-level reporting on regional marketing performance
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, and improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

• B2B marketing experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related industries
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
• Proven experience managing multi-tactical regional marketing programs
• Strong track record of aligning marketing strategy to sales execution and revenue outcomes
• Strong understanding of marketing's role in generating pipeline that turns into revenue
• Experience operating in partner-led or indirect go-to-market environments
• Demonstrated ability to scale marketing impact in growth or emerging markets
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring pipeline and revenue contribution
• Experience with CRM, event tools, and marketing reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zuddl, Tableau)
• Fluent English and Dutch required
• Willingness to travel within the region
