Recruiting Coordinator, Contractor

About the Role

• Support the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Screen and assess candidates through phone screens and initial interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback
• Manage candidate tracking systems and update job postings as needed
• Conduct background and reference checks for selected candidates

What You'll Do

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company culture
• Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability
• Prepare and submit background and reference checks for final consideration
• Update our applicant tracking system with accurate and timely information
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and maintain a positive candidate experience

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience with background and reference checks is a plus
