We are representing a confidential software consultancy that serves clients across the United States and Latin America. Our talent team is seeking a skilled React Engineer to join their growing development practice remotely from El Salvador.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex React applications for multiple client engagements
• Take ownership of your work and deliver on project commitments and timelines
• Build and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenging technical problems
• Contribute to shared libraries and improve development processes
• Follow industry best practices and coding standards
• Work through difficult technical issues and provide innovative solutions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (5+ years preferred)
• 3+ years of professional experience with React
• Demonstrated experience working on large, complex systems
• Four-year college degree required
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables
• Commitment to understanding and achieving client goals
• Deep understanding of software development best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
