About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential health insurance organization seeking a Claims Trainee for their BlueCard Home Claims division. This entry-level position is designed for individuals ready to launch a career in healthcare claims processing with comprehensive training and hands-on experience.

We're looking for detail-oriented professionals who are eager to learn the full claims lifecycle—from initial receipt through resolution. No prior claims experience is required; we'll provide the training you need to succeed in this fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Training Class Details:

• Start Date: Monday, November 9, 2026
• Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Eastern)
• Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible schedule between 6:00 AM–5:30 PM (Eastern)
• Location: United States (remote)
• 9 openings available

Responsibilities

• Input, review, and validate claims data received, ensuring accuracy and compliance with coverage guidelines
• Route claim issues to appropriate support teams and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Assist with routine claim analysis and administrative support throughout the claims handling process
• Perform basic investigation tasks by gathering and documenting relevant information
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
• Work overtime as required to meet operational needs
• Pass required competency testing during and after training

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Organization: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with exceptional time management
• Work Style: Independent worker with sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
• Attitude: Willingness to ask thoughtful questions and commitment to accuracy and productivity
