About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global clinical research organization in their search for an Organizational Learning Advisor, Commercial based in Argentina. Our client is a mid-sized industry leader seeking a strategic learning professional to build their commercial training function from the ground up.

This is a high-impact, foundational role where you will design and implement the entire learning strategy for client-facing teams including business development, proposals, contracts, marketing, and feasibility functions. You'll work directly with commercial leadership to drive capability development that supports revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning and enablement strategy for the commercial function, aligned to growth targets, win rates, and client satisfaction priorities
• Build the foundational commercial learning framework from the ground up, including competency models, role profiles, role-based learning paths, content standards, and governance processes
• Design and deliver onboarding and ramp-up learning journeys for new commercial hires to shorten time to productivity
• Build role-based curricula covering selling skills, service line knowledge, RFP development, bid defense preparation, pricing fundamentals, and client communication
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, delivering content in an engaging and impactful manner
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial leaders and subject matter experts to foster a culture of continuous learning
• Coordinate change management communications and technology onboarding programs for commercial systems and go-to-market initiatives
• Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and apply methods to measure learning impact and ROI against commercial metrics such as ramp time, win rate, and proposal quality
• Collaborate with instructional design and LMS teams to create, launch, and measure training effectiveness
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to support client-facing teams and facilitate in-person training

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Education, Life Sciences, or related discipline
• 5+ years' experience in learning and development, sales enablement, or commercial training, preferably within clinical research, pharmaceutical, or other client-facing services environments
• Proven experience consulting and partnering with commercial client groups such as business development, proposals, contracts, marketing, and feasibility
• Demonstrated experience building a learning program or function from the ground up, establishing structure, standards, and processes where none existed
• Working knowledge of the commercial lifecycle, including lead generation, RFP response, bid defense, contract award, and client relationship management
• Strong background in instructional design and LMS management

• Proven ability to design and implement training programs aligned with adult learning principles for experienced, client-facing professionals
• Strong business acumen with understanding of clinical research commercial models and the drug development lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness, drive adoption, and connect learning outcomes to commercial performance
• Ability to influence and build credibility with senior commercial stakeholders in a matrixed, global environment
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with ability to deliver engaging training to client-facing audiences
• Excellent customer service skills and relationship-building abilities
• Experience supporting commercial systems such as CRM platforms, proposal and pricing systems, and content repositories is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects and priorities
