About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential education technology organization seeking an experienced Quantum Computing Coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in quantum computing. This is a remote opportunity based in the United States.
As a coach, you'll guide learners through both the technical and professional aspects of breaking into quantum computing roles. You'll teach core skills while also supporting resume development, interview preparation, and career strategy—helping candidates land the right opportunities in this cutting-edge field.
Responsibilities
- Teach quantum algorithms and programming, quantum hardware and systems, quantum cryptography and security, and quantum machine learning
- Guide students interested in quantum research and academic pathways
- Conduct resume reviews, cover letter development, and LinkedIn profile optimization
- Provide behavioral and technical interview preparation for quantum computing roles
- Support candidates with salary negotiation and networking strategy
- Host virtual coaching sessions on your own schedule
- Partner with the internal team to deliver high-quality student experiences
What We're Looking For
- Professional or academic experience in quantum computing
- Prior coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience
- Clear, structured approach to breaking down highly technical concepts
- Ability to communicate complex quantum computing topics to diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of the quantum computing job market and career pathways
- Comfortable working independently and setting your own hours
- Experience with virtual teaching or remote coaching platforms
