About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential career development platform seeking an experienced Real Estate Coach to join their network of industry experts. Our client connects ambitious professionals with the coaching and guidance they need to break into and advance within real estate careers.
As a coach, you'll work one-on-one with students and professionals pursuing careers across real estate investment, finance, development, property management, and market analysis. You'll set your own hours and rates, conduct virtual sessions, and help shape the next generation of real estate talent.
Responsibilities
- Teach core skills in real estate investment, finance, development, property management, and market analysis
- Guide students through practical skill-building exercises with a clear, structured approach
- Provide career support including resume review, cover letter development, and LinkedIn optimization
- Conduct interview preparation and salary negotiation coaching
- Advise on promotion strategy and networking techniques to help students advance their careers
- Deliver consistent, high-quality coaching sessions in a virtual environment
- Partner with the platform team to ensure an excellent student experience
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in the real estate industry across investment, finance, development, or related fields
- Prior coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience
- Ability to break down complex financial and strategic real estate concepts into clear, actionable guidance
- Strong communication skills and a structured approach to knowledge transfer
- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
- Comfort working independently and setting your own schedule
- Experience conducting virtual meetings and coaching sessions
