About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential education technology client seeking an experienced Project Management Coach to guide students and professionals through career transitions and skill development in project management. This is a flexible, remote coaching role where you'll set your own schedule and work directly with individuals pursuing project management careers.
Responsibilities
- Coach students and professionals building careers in project management, including career changers entering the field
- Teach core project management skills including process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and data analysis
- Guide clients through practical skill-building exercises and real-world application
- Provide comprehensive career support including resume review, cover letter guidance, and LinkedIn optimization
- Conduct interview preparation sessions and salary negotiation coaching
- Advise on networking strategies, promotion planning, and freelancing for independent consultants
- Host virtual coaching sessions on your own schedule
- Partner with our client's team to ensure a high-quality, supportive experience for every participant
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in project management roles
- Prior coaching or mentoring experience
- Clear, structured approach to breaking down operational and strategic concepts
- Ability to work effectively with both newcomers and experienced professionals
- Strong communication skills and teaching ability
- Comfort working independently and setting your own rates and hours
- Experience with virtual coaching platforms and remote collaboration
