About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential education technology client seeking an experienced Personal Finance Coach to support clients across the United States in achieving their financial goals. This is a remote, flexible engagement where you set your own hours and rates while helping individuals build confidence and clarity around their money.
We are looking for coaches who can guide clients through budgeting, saving strategies, emergency fund development, debt management, student loan navigation, investing fundamentals, retirement planning, and major financial decisions. Your expertise will help people build sustainable financial habits and plan effectively for their futures.
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual one-on-one coaching sessions focused on personal finance and financial planning
- Help clients create and maintain budgets tailored to their individual circumstances
- Guide clients in establishing saving habits and building emergency funds
- Provide strategic advice on debt management and student loan repayment
- Educate clients on investing fundamentals, retirement planning, and employer benefits
- Support clients through major purchases, life transitions, and career changes that impact their finances
- Develop structured, personalized financial plans aligned with client goals
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in personal finance, financial planning, or a related field
- Prior coaching or advising experience with individuals
- Clear, structured approach to financial education and client guidance
- Strong ability to build client confidence and trust around sensitive financial topics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Comfort working independently in a virtual environment
- Passion for helping people achieve their financial goals
