Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs, procedures, and standards across laboratory activities.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to confirm work meets established specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Identify nonconformances, recommend corrective actions, and track resolutions to completion.
• Partner with engineering, technical, and operations teams to embed quality controls into project workflows.
• Document findings, prepare detailed reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated, senior-level experience in quality assurance, preferably within a technical, engineering, or research setting.
• Strong working knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to commit to a full-time, on-site, three-year term role in Lead, Lawrence County.

Compensation

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $111,400.00 to $146,600.00. This range serves as a general guideline only; the actual offer will reflect the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's qualifications, business considerations, internal equity, and comparable external market pay.
