The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced senior executive to own and expand relationships with our largest enterprise banking and financial services clients. You'll partner with C-level stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and drive adoption of our mission-critical lending, payments, and universal banking solutions. This role combines strategic business development with deep client stewardship—managing the full lifecycle of enterprise partnerships that generate substantial revenue and shape how we deliver value to the world's leading financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients, serving as the primary executive touchpoint for accounts of significant revenue impact
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our lending, payments, and universal banking product suites
- Develop and execute account plans that align client objectives with our solution offerings and roadmap
- Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and client success
- Drive contract negotiations and renewal discussions, focusing on long-term partnership value
- Report on account health, pipeline opportunities, and revenue forecasting to leadership
Requirements
- 12+ years in enterprise account management, strategic relationship management, or similar leadership roles
- Proven track record closing and managing multi-million-dollar accounts
- Deep knowledge of financial services, banking operations, or fintech markets
- Executive presence and ability to build credibility with C-suite and board-level contacts
- Consultative selling skills; ability to understand client strategy and position solutions accordingly
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed for client relationship management
