What You'll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of acute illnesses and chronic conditions across all age groups
• Deliver preventive care, wellness exams, and health screenings aligned with current clinical guidelines
• Manage ongoing chronic disease states such as diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia
• Order and interpret laboratory results, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
• Prescribe and adjust medication regimens with appropriate follow-up
• Coordinate seamlessly with specialists and ancillary services to ensure whole-person care
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation within the electronic health record system
• Engage patients as partners in their long-term health through education and shared decision-making

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
• Active California medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to start
• Valid DEA registration
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Genuine commitment to compassionate, evidence-based primary care
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient and team interactions

Compensation & Schedule

• Annual salary: $280,000–$340,000 based on experience
• Full-time position with a predictable, consistent outpatient schedule
