Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential steel construction organization in Döbeln that is seeking a Project Manager for Steel Construction. This role is open to both experienced professionals and career starters.

In this position, you will:

• Manage steel construction projects from initial quotation through to completion across Germany
• Handle customer inquiries independently and prepare proposals including cost calculations, variation management, and final invoicing
• Coordinate collaboration between administration, production, and construction sites alongside experienced colleagues
• Maintain regular communication with clients, partners, and subcontractors while building your professional network
• Gradually take on increased responsibility for complex steel construction projects as you grow in the role

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• A completed degree in fields such as metal construction, welding technology, or civil engineering
• Some initial experience in steel construction, metal construction, or the construction sector (career starters are welcome to apply)
• A valid Class B driver's license
• Willingness to undertake planned business travel approximately 50% of the time
• Strong organizational and communication skills
