Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketplace organization seeking a Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager to architect their complete Google ecosystem from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity where you will be the strategic owner of the entire Google universe.

In this newly created key position, you will:

• Conceive and build the holistic Google strategy from scratch, aligning it consistently with long-term scaling and business impact goals
• Define the appropriate tech stack, independently set up the necessary infrastructure, and bring the function to life both operationally and strategically
• Serve as the absolute go-to expert for the entire Google ecosystem, monitoring tech trends and new features to translate them directly into profitable business cases
• Establish the Google universe as a fixed, functioning component of the business model and define KPIs for future growth
• Position this function for future team expansion once the foundation is firmly established

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of proven experience within the Google environment with demonstrable success independently building channels or structures from zero to one
• Comprehensive knowledge across the entire Google ecosystem—from performance marketing and search through data and analytics to Google Cloud and technical infrastructure
• Strong execution capability: enthusiasm for strategy paired with willingness to personally build the technical and operational foundation in the startup phase
• Analytical focus with data-driven work methods, clear KPI thinking, and the ability to precisely prepare complex reports for management
• High degree of independence, assertiveness as a subject matter lead, and the talent to communicate complex topics in an understandable way
• Fluency in German required for this Stuttgart-based role
