Project Manager – Software Implementation (m/f/x)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the product lifecycle management software space. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation projects across Europe. This is a remote, permanent position based anywhere in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of software implementation projects, ensuring on-time completion within defined scope
• Maintain comprehensive project plans and proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure appropriate expertise is available for each project phase
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and effective resolution of issues
• Contribute to standardization of implementation methodologies and project templates
• Generate thorough project and solution documentation covering goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer communication across multiple concurrent projects

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in project management or related technical field
• Background in Electronics/Electrical engineering
• Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution (preferred)
• 3+ years of project management experience specifically in software implementations
• Demonstrated expertise in project management processes, strategies, and methodologies
• Experience managing complex data projects requiring systematic approaches
• Strong skills in software tools, data manipulation, and analysis
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
• Creative problem-solving mindset with ability to develop innovative solutions
• Must be legally authorized to work in the EU and currently residing in an EU country
