You'll spend your time in the field coordinating renovations, managing vendor relationships, conducting inspections, and ensuring every property meets quality standards before tenants move in.
About the Role
As a hands-on Project Manager, you'll manage the complete lifecycle of single-family rental property turnovers. This full-time position requires regular travel across Indianapolis and surrounding counties to oversee projects from start to finish, working both independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and oversee single-family rental renovations and property turnovers
- Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor schedules
- Conduct property inspections and quality control reviews
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Communicate progress to internal teams and property owners
- Solve problems and adapt to project changes in real time
What We're Looking For
You bring hands-on experience from property management, residential construction, renovation projects, or commercial real estate. You work well independently, think clearly under pressure, and take pride in delivering finished properties that meet high standards.
- Prior experience in property management, construction, or residential project management
- Ability to work in the field and travel throughout Indianapolis and Marion County
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to quality standards
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
