About the Role

In this leadership role, you'll oversee complex oncology clinical trial programs within Parexel's Biotech Division. Your strategic direction ensures projects meet ambitious timelines, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks while building high-performing teams. You'll serve as a trusted partner to clients, translating research objectives into executable strategies that accelerate drug development and improve patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Direct cross-functional project teams through all phases of oncology clinical trials, from planning through close-out
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and clinical research sites to ensure seamless trial execution
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance and momentum
• Mentor and develop project team members, fostering accountability and professional growth
• Monitor quality metrics and drive process improvements to enhance outcomes and operational performance
• Communicate progress, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and clients

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale clinical trial projects in biotech or pharmaceutical settings
• Solid understanding of oncology research, regulatory frameworks (FDA, ICH guidelines), and Good Clinical Practice standards
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of building and motivating effective teams
• Strong project management expertise in planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, healthcare administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and commitment to the highest quality standards
