What You'll Do

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist customers and answer questions while on the sales floor
- Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly stocking targets
- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and operational procedures
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
- Physical capability to work extended periods on your feet in a retail setting
- Dependable and punctual with flexibility for scheduling needs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards
- Basic verbal communication skills
Compensation
