About the Role

As a Program Manager III with Amazon, you'll take ownership of end-to-end program management for fulfillment-focused projects. You'll identify gaps in current processes, design innovative solutions, and shepherd them through development and deployment. What You'll Do

• Identify, design, and implement new and improved processes, policies, and solutions to enhance the customer experience across fulfillment operations
• Own program roadmaps and manage project priorities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to define requirements, set goals, and align stakeholders across the organization
• Monitor program health, track key metrics, and communicate status and risks to leadership
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and recommending process enhancements
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining focus on customer-centric outcomes and business objectives
