About the Role

As a Lead Sales Associate, you'll be the go-to team member for customer service excellence and operational support in your store. You'll work on the sales floor, at the register, and behind the scenes to keep your location running smoothly and profitably.

What You'll Do

• Deliver friendly, responsive customer service that builds loyalty and drives repeat visits
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about merchandise across the store
• Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash responsibly
• Support store operations by stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and keeping the sales floor organized
• Help train and mentor newer team members on customer service and store procedures
• Monitor inventory, flag low stock items, and contribute to loss prevention efforts
• Collaborate with your manager to meet sales targets and store standards
