About the Role
As a Project Leadership professional at Parexel, you will sit at the heart of the Global Project Leadership organization, guiding complex clinical research programs to successful delivery. This is a future-needs opening designed to connect experienced leaders with roles as they open across our Biotech-focused therapeutic areas. Your leadership will directly influence project outcomes, cross-functional teams, and long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials in Neurology, Psychiatry, and Rare Disease.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary study teams to achieve shared milestones.
- Build trusted relationships with biotech clients and act as a strategic partner throughout each program.
- Anticipate risks, resolve challenges, and keep projects aligned with patient-focused goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical trials or research projects, ideally within a CRO or biotech environment.
- Background or familiarity with Neurology, Psychiatry, or Rare Disease studies is highly valued.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a home-based setting while collaborating with global teams.
- A patient-centered mindset and a commitment to advancing clinical research.
