About the Role

As a Project Leadership professional at Parexel, you will sit at the heart of the Global Project Leadership organization, guiding complex clinical research programs to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials in Neurology, Psychiatry, and Rare Disease.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary study teams to achieve shared milestones.
  • Build trusted relationships with biotech clients and act as a strategic partner throughout each program.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve challenges, and keep projects aligned with patient-focused goals.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading clinical trials or research projects, ideally within a CRO or biotech environment.
