What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, maintain documentation, and track project timelines
• Create and update project schedules, budgets, and status reports for stakeholder reviews
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues to project management leadership
• Manage correspondence, paperwork, and administrative tasks related to active projects
• Support the onboarding of new projects and maintain organized project records and archives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, administrative professional, or similar role
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under deadline pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
