Program Enrollment Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential coaching and professional development organization seeking a Program Enrollment Consultant to join their fully remote team. This role goes beyond traditional sales—you'll be guiding individuals toward meaningful transformation by helping them select the right coaching programs for their goals.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, or Zoom
• Build rapport and identify the needs of potential clients through consultative conversations
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of coaching programs
• Guide clients through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate records and manage prospects using CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and program delivery teams to optimize the enrollment experience

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in course sales, inside sales, educational counseling, or telecalling
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Confident, warm, and persuasive presence on phone and video calls
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection
• Passionate about personal development, coaching, or education
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
