Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential manufacturing organization in their search for an Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Specialist based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. This field-based sales role offers the opportunity to work with industrial customers, develop technical applications, and drive growth across a diverse product portfolio.

This position includes a company vehicle and requires travel up to 30% domestically within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed designated sales quotas within your defined territory
• Partner with local channel teams to execute growth initiatives, strategies, and programs
• Develop end-user customers and application processes to drive portfolio growth
• Provide key market and customer insights to division portfolio managers, marketing, application engineers, and leadership
• Collaborate with key account teams to drive growth through major end-user customers
• Manage opportunity pipeline effectively while conducting strategic planning for new opportunities
• Conduct regular business reviews for key markets and end-user customers in the region

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (completed and verified)
• Three (3) years of exceptional sales experience in private, public, government, or military environments
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Clean motor vehicle history (subject to pre-employment and ongoing review)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling approaches
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience developing and managing key accounts
• Product demonstration experience and technical competence
• Strong track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork

Pay
