Product Owner / Product Manager Senior (H/F)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a premier product consulting organization seeking a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager to join their Paris-based team. Our client specializes in helping companies elevate their product maturity through strategic advisory and hands-on transformation work.

In this role, you'll work directly with enterprise clients on high-impact product challenges—from organizational audits and roadmap definition to team coaching and framework implementation. This isn't a traditional product role; you'll serve as a trusted advisor who brings expertise and vision to help organizations progress in their product journey.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide companies through product organization structuring and transformation initiatives, including conducting audits, defining roadmaps, and coaching teams
• Spread product culture among client teams by facilitating workshops, delivering training sessions, and sharing industry best practices
• Define impactful product strategies that help clients prioritize investments and maximize value creation
• Execute diverse consulting engagements ranging from product team coaching to implementing discovery and delivery frameworks tailored to each client's organizational context
• Contribute to thought leadership through publications, conference presentations, and active participation in the product management community

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience, ideally across varied environments (startups, scale-ups, large enterprises, or consulting)
• Deep expertise in both product discovery and delivery methodologies
• Proven experience coaching product teams and elevating their capabilities; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Passion for teaching and advising: you're energized by facilitating training, sharing frameworks, and challenging organizational structures
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset that enables you to structure and transform product organizations
• Curious learner who stays current on Product Management evolution and market best practices
• Very strong English skills with ability to work effectively in English-speaking environments
• Ideally, you've integrated Generative AI into your daily workflow (prompt engineering, data analysis, documentation) and maintain active awareness of its impact on product practices
• At least 4 years of professional experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships) as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in a product-focused environment
