This cross-functional role offers high-impact learning as you support the product lifecycle from concept through deployment, working alongside experienced product leaders to bridge communication between technical teams and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating the product roadmap across hardware, software, and AI capabilities
• Support priority alignment on monthly to annual timelines in accordance with commercial goals and technical constraints
• Collaborate with R&D teams to help refine training data strategies, model evaluation criteria, and deployment thresholds
• Collect and analyze field performance data to support continuous improvement of AI systems
• Spend time at production sites to translate operator observations and edge cases into structured product requirements
• Assist in drafting capability specifications, performance SLAs, and integration requirements for customer deliverables
• Support backlog management by helping prioritize items by impact, frequency, and strategic fit
• Coordinate with engineering leads to track task completion, identify dependencies, and maintain project momentum
• Track key performance indicators including uptime, success rates, and time-to-value metrics
• Create product collateral and supporting materials for commercial discussions

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
• Strong interest in robotics and artificial intelligence
• Ability to learn quickly and contribute to complex technical projects

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with robot software stacks such as ROS2, motion planning, control systems, and perception pipelines
• Ability to engage with AI/ML teams on model evaluation and deployment criteria
• Understanding of hardware-software co-design tradeoffs and their downstream impacts

Product Skills:

• Ability to gather field feedback and engineering constraints to support requirement documentation
• Experience assisting in writing and updating product requirement documents and technical briefs
• Basic awareness of EU Machinery Regulation, ISO standards, and AI Act obligations is beneficial
• Support commercial enablement through product documentation

Soft Skills:

• Proactive and eager to learn with strong initiative
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to identify potential risks early and work with senior team members on solutions

Nice to Have:

• Background in warehouse automation, autonomous mobile robots, or logistics technology
• Startup experience in undefined or rapidly evolving environments
• Exposure to warehouse management systems integration or fleet management
