Product Manager, Enterprise Controls

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI technology organization in their search for a Product Manager focused on Enterprise Controls. This Paris-based role sits at the intersection of product strategy and enterprise governance, working with major clients across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector.

You'll be responsible for building and evolving the tools that allow large organizations to govern their AI platform usage while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Your scope includes user access and identity management, framework consistency, audit and compliance requirements, and platform administration.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision for enterprise readiness, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives and market opportunities
• Conduct market research and user experience studies to identify gaps, competitive opportunities, and emerging trends in enterprise product management
• Own the complete product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing iteration, balancing speed, quality, and user satisfaction
• Partner with design and research teams to create intuitive, high-impact experiences, refining based on data and user feedback
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies, including pricing models, positioning, and adoption frameworks
• Align cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, design, and business units around priorities, trade-offs, and delivery timelines
• Maintain a dynamic roadmap that delivers immediate value while advancing long-term strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, ideally with exposure to generative AI, large language models, or machine learning products
• Technical fluency to understand architectural trade-offs and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Strong user focus with demonstrated ability to solve real problems using both quantitative data and qualitative insights
• Cross-functional influence skills to align and motivate teams without direct reporting authority
• Problem-solving abilities that span strategic roadmap planning and hands-on execution, including metrics analysis
• Clear communication skills with ability to craft persuasive narratives for executives, technical teams, and end users
• Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities evolve quickly
• Collaborative approach with high emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across diverse teams
• Experience navigating uncertainty and taking ownership of outcomes end-to-end
• Deep familiarity with product-led growth strategies such as viral loops, onboarding optimization, and monetization models
• Founder or early-stage product experience, particularly in building 0-to-1 products
• Technical depth with ability to prototype or engage directly with code when needed
• Experience with enterprise governance frameworks including RBAC, SSO, SCIM, and compliance standards like SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001
