About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential financial technology organization seeking a Principal Product Manager to join their team on a remote basis. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with this innovative client to identify an experienced product leader who can drive strategic product vision and execution.
Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap development and identify highest-priority problems to solve across your feature set
- Validate roadmap direction with customers and leverage research from junior team members to advance planning
- Represent product vision and voice of customer in planning sessions with Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams
- Challenge technical approaches to ensure optimal solutions are pursued
- Participate in key development milestones, sprint reviews, and weekly product demonstrations
- Lead customer-facing early adopter conversations and develop strategic launch plans with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior product team members on metrics interpretation and customer engagement
- Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance product decision-making and identify customer behavior patterns
- Apply AI-powered analytics to validate product assumptions and track adoption metrics
- Collaborate with engineering to explore and integrate AI/ML features that enhance customer experience
- Conduct executive-level presentations across multiple organizational layers
- Participate in sales cycles and conduct customer interviews to gather actionable product feedback
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of product management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies
- Proven ability to plan and deliver products in agile environments
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to executives
- Experience being involved in sales cycles and conducting customer interviews
- Demonstrated ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
- Experience with loan origination software and commercial onboarding, CLM, or KYB/KYC compliance technology
- Familiarity with EMEA regulatory landscape, particularly UK MLR and AMLR 2027
- Advanced knowledge of Agile principles
- Deep understanding of commercial banking, small business banking, treasury, or consumer banking processes and regulations
- Travel requirements: less than 10%
