Data Integrations Specialist

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services technology organization in their search for a Data Integrations Specialist. In this remote role, you'll support and configure the integrations that connect their platform to customers' wider technology environments, helping financial institutions maximize their systems.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing data integration and implementation support, addressing issues and ensuring successful deployments
• Following alert and escalation procedures, using your knowledge of data compatibility to resolve issues promptly
• Working within established integration frameworks and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency
• Keeping project owners and customers updated with clear, regular progress reports
• Learning technical specifications of platform products and supporting their implementation
• Troubleshooting using configuration review, debug logs, and developer tools, documenting root cause analysis
• Building understanding of data models and CRM platforms to configure and optimize integrations
• Using AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve accuracy

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A background in data integrations through experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Experience managing databases and working with ETL tooling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Track record of learning and adapting to new technologies and processes
• Experience with data modelling within CRM and other software solutions
• Confidence using SQL or similar query languages
• Familiarity with JSON, HTML, or scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is a plus
• Experience with CRM platforms or understanding of loan processes and financial services is advantageous
