Senior Illustrator

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing fintech organization seeking a talented Senior Illustrator to create original visual artwork for digital products and user experiences. You will collaborate with UX and creative teams to interpret complex briefs and develop inspiring illustrations that resonate with target audiences.

• Prepare rough draft illustrations according to project requirements and brand specifications
• Create complete illustrations and refine design concepts using a wide range of colors, graphics, effects, and illustration software
• Apply isometric techniques to add perspective to complex visual shapes
• Ensure all digital illustrations meet high quality and color standards
• Brainstorm with the design team to develop new creative ideas, patterns, visual styles, and concepts
• Stay current with emerging design techniques, industry trends, and graphics software
• Transform abstract product ideas into engaging, marketable visual assets across multiple touchpoints
• Maintain brand aesthetic consistency and technical alignment across all digital art and user experiences

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in fine arts, design, visual arts, or a related field
• 4–5 years of proven work experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, or similar visual design role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of completed illustrations
• Proven hands-on experience using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Advanced drawing, painting, and digital artwork rendering skills
• Deep expertise in image editing and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong conceptual thinking and artistic problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
• Track record of reliable, on-time delivery of high-quality illustrations that satisfy complex cross-functional briefs
