About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing digital travel platform based in Berlin, seeking an intern to join their SEO Marketing & Communication Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and customer communication within the international tourism sector.

Location: Berlin
Type: Internship (minimum 3 months, voluntary or mandatory)
Language: German (fluent written skills required)

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SEO-optimized content for the company website and travel magazine
• Conduct digital PR activities including backlink building and outreach to relevant blogs, portals, and cooperation partners
• Develop and write advertorials and guest contributions that align with partner publications and target audiences
• Plan editorial calendars based on seasonal travel trends, search data, and audience insights
• Support customer communication across phone, email, and WhatsApp channels
• Assist with booking processing and reservations
• Contribute ideas for content topics and marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Background in journalism, tourism, humanities, or related fields (ideal)
• Excellent written German skills with strong attention to grammar and style
• Structured, goal-oriented work approach with ability to manage projects independently
• Motivation to promote products and services through compelling content
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments
• Availability for at least 3 months (longer durations such as 4-6 months possible)
• Bonus: Previous experience with youth camps or group travel as participant or staff

Pay

The client offers competitive internship compensation at 600€ per month (Bachelor/Master level).
