About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI infrastructure company that is transforming how organizations process conversational audio at scale. Our client serves hundreds of companies building voice products—from meeting assistants and voice agents to sales-enablement and contact-center platforms.
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll work with our talent team to connect with a fast-growing technology company based in Paris. This role focuses on selling a technical API product to engineering and business stakeholders across voice AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Run a rigorous, repeatable sales process across diverse company types and buyer profiles—from developer-led teams to enterprise buying committees
- Own the relationship map for your territory, managing existing accounts and pursuing strategic new logos
- Build deep understanding of each customer's business and the technical problems they're solving
- Negotiate pricing and terms by selling value and ROI
- Expand reach and depth across your territory—growing existing accounts while landing new business
- Navigate complex, technical deals with resourcefulness and strategic thinking
- Collaborate with technical teams during complex sales cycles and product evaluations
- Identify the real business drivers behind every opportunity and qualify rigorously
- Maintain accurate, consistent forecasting with a clean pipeline
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of closing experience in B2B sales, ideally selling technical or API/SaaS products
- Consistent track record of meeting or beating direct sales targets
- Comfortable managing deal sizes of $50K to $150K USD
- Proven ability to build your own pipeline—with clear methodology behind the results
- Experience selling to engineers and IT decision-makers
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, BANT, or similar)
- Experience winning new logos in innovative tech environments (SaaS, API, dev tools, IT infrastructure, or similar)
- Collaborative problem-solver with high standards, proactivity, and genuine curiosity
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris

Pay
Our client offers an on-target earnings (OTE) package typically ranging from €100K to €140K based on seniority and experience. Additional benefits include hybrid work from Paris offices, lunch vouchers (approximately €200/month), sports allowance (€360/year), workstation setup allowance (€300), full health insurance coverage, pension contract, and flexible vacation policy.
