Werkstudent Disposition & Kundenkommunikation (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential telecommunications organization seeking a working student to support their dispatch and customer communication team in Hamburg.

• Process service requests and tickets independently within ticketing systems while maintaining high service quality standards
• Coordinate incoming orders and plan technician assignments efficiently based on demand
• Monitor and schedule appointments in planning systems to ensure smooth operational workflow
• Handle follow-up processing of completed assignments and support resolution of outstanding issues
• Communicate directly with customers to coordinate appointment scheduling and manage changes in a professional, service-oriented manner

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a business or technical degree program
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus
• Strong independent work style with excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain overview in dynamic situations
• Confident communicator with a service-oriented approach and ability to professionally coordinate different stakeholder interests
• Self-motivated with strong learning aptitude and hands-on mentality
• Prior professional experience or practical insights in the telecommunications industry are advantageous
• German language proficiency required for customer communication
