Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential non-profit organization in Stuttgart seeking an intern for media design and project management. In this role, you will contribute to meaningful work with real societal impact.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Actively contributing to the development of crowdfunding and fundraising campaigns
• Taking ownership of smaller sub-projects independently
• Supporting the development and conceptualization of digital platforms and accompanying campaigns
• Conducting research on relevant topics, performing target audience and market analyses, and preparing findings in a structured manner
• Collaborating closely with various teams and supporting cross-departmental communication
• Planning, organizing, and documenting project workflows to ensure transparent and structured project execution
• Supporting the development and implementation of communication and fundraising campaigns while contributing your own ideas
• Conceptualizing, producing, and editing image, video, and audio materials to strengthen visual communication
• Planning and creating social media content to make projects and organizational vision visible
• Supporting marketing and communication activities—both online and offline—and coordinating projects in events, communication, and media in collaboration with internal teams and external partners

What We're Looking For

• Interest in media design, project management, digital tools, and processes with a desire to take on responsibility
• Ideally enrolled in a degree program in project management, social sciences, business, communication design, digital media, or comparable fields
• Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with Canva is a plus
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Comfortable communicating with various stakeholders
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creative thinking and a sense for visual communication to design and implement content in an appealing way
• Passion for meaningful work and societal impact
• Motivation, communication skills, and team spirit

The position is based in Stuttgart with partial remote work flexibility available. Start date is early November.
