Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking an intern to help drive data-driven growth in their sales and marketing operations. In this role, you will:

• Support social selling initiatives by conducting targeted outreach to potential contacts and managing defined lead pools
• Build and maintain marketing and sales databases to ensure data quality and accessibility
• Contribute to projects involving social selling strategies, automation workflows, and CRM optimization
• Assist with the implementation of a new CRM system and support the digitalization of sales processes
• Conduct data analyses and create reports that inform strategic business decisions
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams
• Transform marketing and sales data into actionable revenue opportunities

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a motivated student who brings:

• Current enrollment in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program
• Genuine interest in marketing, sales, or data management and enthusiasm for digital tools
• Structured, independent working style with strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Ideally, initial exposure to CRM systems along with strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of engaging with potential customers
• Very good German language proficiency

This internship is scheduled to begin in mid-January 2027, though applications are welcome now.
