About This Position

As a Personal Lines Producer with Trucordia, you'll focus on acquiring and managing personal insurance clients across home, auto, and related coverage areas. This is a full-time remote position offering flexibility to work from anywhere while building meaningful client relationships and growing your insurance career. Working with our established client base and referral network, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in people's lives by ensuring they have the protection they need.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain a growing book of personal lines insurance business through consultative sales and client relationship management
• Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions across homeowners, auto, life, and specialty policies
• Prepare quotes, illustrations, and policy recommendations tailored to individual client circumstances
• Process new business applications and manage renewals to ensure continuous coverage and client retention
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve coverage questions, and provide ongoing service support
• Build your client base through networking, referrals, and relationship development within the Minneapolis area and statewide
• Meet production targets and maintain accurate records using CRM and underwriting systems

What We're Looking For

• Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Proven experience as a personal lines producer, sales agent, or insurance professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client trust and loyalty
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and discipline
• Knowledge of personal insurance products, risk assessment, and underwriting principles
• Proficiency with insurance software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Comfort with sales targets and demonstrated ability to generate new business
