People Partner

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for an experienced People Partner to join their remote team in the United States. This role serves as the critical point of contact for all employee relations matters and works closely with leadership to ensure exceptional employee support across the organization.

As People Partner, you will manage the full spectrum of employee relations—from investigations and offboarding to policy creation and compliance. You'll analyze workforce trends, develop strategies that support business success, and serve as the subject matter expert on employee benefits, perks, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews
• Partner with managers to ensure consistent, high-quality employee support across the organization
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans that improve engagement and retention
• Lead creation and maintenance of company policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational direction
• Craft corporate communications that resonate clearly across all organizational levels
• Provide expert guidance on employee questions regarding benefits, perks, and HR processes
• Manage employee concerns and support throughout the employee lifecycle

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and program management
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment with professionalism and sound judgment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
• High attention to detail and demonstrated empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating employee experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Google Suite
• Passion for teamwork and contributing to the success of broader People function
