We are representing a hospitality venue in Bonn seeking a creative and communicative professional for a full-time role combining marketing, social media management, and guest reception. Our client wants to evolve their external presence and needs someone who enjoys both people-facing work and digital creative tasks. This dual-focus position offers variety—you'll handle creative marketing projects while also welcoming guests at the door.

Responsibilities

Marketing duties:

• Manage and develop Instagram and TikTok channels
• Create posts, stories, and reels
• Develop original content ideas
• Shoot photos and videos on-site
• Design visual content and promotional materials using Canva
• Maintain and update the website
• Develop and implement new marketing initiatives
• Plan and organize promotions, campaigns, and events
• Monitor social media trends and generate fresh ideas

Reception duties:

• Provide friendly welcome to guests
• Escort guests to their tables
• Serve as on-site point of contact for visitors
• Support reservation management and organizational tasks
• Ensure guests feel well cared-for from arrival

What We're Looking For

• Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense
• Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok
• Experience with Canva (ideal)
• Basic understanding of websites and digital tools, or ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Self-directed, reliable, and accountable work style
• Proactive—you bring ideas and implement them independently
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people
• Organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Career changers explicitly welcome
