Partner Solutions Architect (Pan-EMEA GSI)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential observability platform provider in their search for a Partner Solutions Architect to support their Pan-EMEA Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partnerships. This role is open to candidates based in Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, or the UK.

Our client is a leader in cloud monitoring and observability solutions, working with enterprise organizations and their partner ecosystems to deliver unified visibility across modern technology stacks. This position sits within their Channels & Alliances segment and reports to their Director of Partner Solutions Architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources across EMEA
• Participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align technical strategies between our client and their GSI partners
• Support partner technical initiatives including end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, and technical assessments
• Act as technical advocate for partners, escalating and driving resolution of use cases, feature requests, and support issues with internal engineering and product teams
• Analyze partner service offerings and provide recommendations to enhance value through improved platform adoption
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new capabilities
• Develop and curate best practices for platform adoption and customer success

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 10-15 years in customer or partner-facing technical roles
• Solid technical foundation with hands-on IT Development and/or Operations experience
• Demonstrated track record of continuous learning and technical growth
• Strong business acumen with ability to communicate technical value at all organizational levels
• Confident presentation and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently across multiple geographies

Technical Skills (hands-on experience in two or more areas):

• Observability platforms and monitoring tools
• Public cloud environments: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry
• Development/Scripting: Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go
• Configuration Management: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Gitlab

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with or supporting Systems Integrators or Managed Services Providers
• Experience with APM, infrastructure monitoring, log management, synthetic monitoring, or network performance monitoring
• Background in root-cause-analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging
