Partner Sales Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a profitable greentech organization in Berlin that is scaling its external sales partner network across Germany. As Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a network of approximately 300 active independent sales representatives who sell heat pump and energy systems directly to homeowners. You will ensure high-quality consultation standards, review incoming contracts for technical feasibility, and coordinate smooth handoffs from sales to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop external sales representatives with focus on consultation quality, performance, and adherence to sales standards
• Review incoming contract documentation for completeness, plausibility, and technical feasibility of heat pump projects, including analysis of building data, property photos, pipe routing, and installation locations for outdoor and indoor units
• Coordinate and track financing arrangements with external partners and maintain clean CRM documentation
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance of the external sales network using Airtable
• Organize, prepare, and participate in events for external sales representatives
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Installation, Finance) to ensure seamless handoffs and project execution

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical understanding and quick learning ability
• Excellent communication skills across phone, WhatsApp, and email channels
• Sales experience, ideally with technical or complex products requiring detailed explanation
• Passion for coaching and developing sales partners
• Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools
• Fluent German language skills, written and spoken (C2 level)
• Results-driven mindset with ability to set ambitious goals and consistently exceed expectations
• Expert communication abilities: active listening, reading between the lines, building trust quickly, and adapting communication style to the situation
• Systematic work approach with methodical pipeline management and attention to detail
• Adaptive problem-solving skills with ability to handle objections confidently and find pragmatic solutions
