Partner Manager, Education Partnerships

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential legal technology organization in their search for a Partner Manager focused on education partnerships across Europe. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and own relationships with leading law schools, working to integrate cutting-edge AI technology into legal education and creating the next generation of trained users.

You'll be founding this partnerships program in Europe from scratch—no inherited playbook, no legacy processes. Working alongside teams in North America and collaborating closely with sales, engagement, and technical teams locally, you'll shape how legal education institutions adopt and integrate advanced legal technology into their curricula.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with top-tier law schools across Europe, securing complimentary license access for students
• Drive genuine engagement and learning outcomes, ensuring students graduate as trained users and advocates for the platform
• Partner with faculty to embed the technology into curricula, identifying influential professors and developing compelling partnership proposals
• Become deeply embedded with internal sales and customer teams to develop strong product knowledge and credible demonstration capabilities
• Track engagement metrics and outcomes across school partnerships, reporting on program progress and ROI
• Channel feedback from academic partners back to product and go-to-market teams to inform strategic decisions
• Travel across Europe to build in-person relationships with schools, faculty, and administrators

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Law degree with experience at a large law firm and time spent in active legal practice
• Legal education and practice experience specifically in Europe—you understand how European law schools and legal careers function
• Genuine interest in transitioning from legal practice into partnership development work
• Comfort with ambiguity and building programs from the ground up rather than inheriting established structures
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders: professors, administrators, students, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent relationships and priorities across several institutions simultaneously
• Adaptability to work with fast-shipping technology products and help partners stay current
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Europe

Preferred:

• Familiarity with AI products and comfort discussing them with audiences building trust in AI technology—active personal use of AI tools is valued
• Experience as an early team member on a partnerships function that successfully scaled
