Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential regional banking organization in Borken, and our client is seeking a Securities & Passive Business Policy Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Independently review and professionally assess regulatory requirements and changes in securities and passive business operations
• Participate in cross-departmental projects and working groups
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and ensure proper documentation of organizational structures and workflows in coordination with relevant departments
• Support back-office passive/securities operations and sales units in implementing operational changes, with a focus on developing measures to enhance process and data quality
• Collaborate on developing action plans to address identified weaknesses
• Serve as a contact person for specialized topics, audit assignments, and feasibility studies

What We're Looking For

• Completed banking apprenticeship or comparable training with additional business administration qualification, or a degree in business administration
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in securities and passive business within a banking environment, preferably combined with knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical thinking, confident presence, and excellent communication skills
• High level of commitment and performance readiness, with a natural inclination toward teamwork and taking responsibility
• Fluency in German is required for this position
