Role Overview

As a Part Time Paramedic at Join Parachute, you'll provide medical expertise and donor support in a fast-paced, welcoming plasma collection environment. We've grown from 2 to 30 locations in under three years, and our team is focused on making every donor experience personal and comfortable. Your paramedic skills will ensure donor safety while helping us deliver on our mission to make plasma donation accessible, friendly, and powered by smart technology.

What You'll Do

• Conduct paramedic-level medical assessment and screening for plasma donors
• Respond to donor complications and adverse reactions with appropriate medical intervention
• Monitor vital signs and donor well-being throughout collection procedures
• Maintain medical documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with collection staff and nursing teams to prioritize donor safety and comfort
• Support center operations while maintaining a welcoming, efficient facility environment

What We're Looking For

• Active Paramedic certification or licensure in your state
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with diverse donors and team members
• Genuine compassion for donor health and safety
• Composure and professional judgment in managing medical emergencies
• Flexible availability for part-time shifts
• Experience in donor medicine or plasma collection is a plus, but not required
