About the Role

As a Senior Digital Identity Subject Matter Expert at EY, you will guide clients through the complexity of today's fast-changing IT environment, where managing trusted access has become a core pillar of cybersecurity. This consulting position is based in Five Points, Wake County and focuses on designing, implementing, and advising on enterprise identity and access management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of digital identity solutions built on platforms like Microsoft Entra and Saviynt.
• Advise clients on identity governance, access management, and authentication strategies tailored to their risk and compliance needs.
• Translate business and security requirements into practical, scalable identity architectures.
• Collaborate with diverse, globally connected EY teams to drive cybersecurity engagements forward.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, sharing identity expertise and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a digital identity or IAM specialist, ideally at a senior or lead level.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra and Saviynt within enterprise environments.
• Strong grasp of identity governance, access controls, and authentication frameworks.
• Consulting or client-facing background, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly.
• A collaborative mindset suited to working across multidisciplinary, cross-border teams.
