About the Role

As a Part Time Food Prep / Dishwasher, you'll be an essential part of Jimbo's kitchen operations, handling food preparation, washing, and inventory management while supporting our commitment to freshness and food safety.

What You'll Do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following established protocols
• Prepare ingredients for meal preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning
• Maintain proper food storage, rotation, and labeling standards
• Keep the prep and dish areas clean, organized, and sanitary throughout each shift
• Assist kitchen staff with food plating and service support as needed
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines consistently
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
• Attention to detail in both food preparation and cleaning standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
