As a Phlebotomist with Join Parachute in Huntsville, Walker County, you'll be at the heart of the donor experience — performing safe, comfortable blood and plasma collections while creating a warm, personal visit each time. Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and plasma collection procedures accurately and with care for donor comfort.
• Screen, prepare, and guide donors through each step of the donation process.
• Monitor donors during and after collection, responding promptly to any reactions.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and regulatory protocols to maintain a clean, compliant environment.
• Maintain precise donor records and support smooth daily operations at the center.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy training or hands-on experience with venipuncture (certification preferred where applicable).
