About the Role

As an OTR Dry Van Company Driver based in Frankfort, Clinton County, you'll haul freight over the road in dependable dry van equipment while representing a carrier known for its faith- and family-centered values. This is a full-time, on-site driving position — not a remote role — built for professional drivers who take pride in safe, reliable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dry van equipment safely on over-the-road (OTR) routes
• Transport and deliver freight on time and in excellent condition
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Keep accurate logs and communicate effectively with dispatch
• Uphold Nussbaum's standards for safety, professionalism, and customer care

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) appropriate for OTR dry van operation
• Verifiable driving experience, with first-year pay reflecting your background
• Willingness to run over-the-road and spend extended time on the road
• Strong commitment to safe driving and regulatory compliance

Pay & Bonuses

• Competitive first-year earnings ranging from $76K to $92K, based on experience
• $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus, paid in $1,000 installments upon completing orientation, at three months, and at six months
