About the Role

As an OTR Dry Van Company Driver with Nussbaum, you'll haul freight across long-distance lanes in a dry van configuration, representing a company that takes driver satisfaction seriously from day one. This is a full-time, over-the-road position ideal for CDL-A holders who want consistent miles and a carrier that invests in the people behind the wheel.

What You'll Do

• Operate a dry van tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on OTR routes across the US
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT standards
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and all required documentation
• Deliver freight on time while communicating proactively with dispatch
• Uphold Nussbaum's high standards for safety, professionalism, and cargo integrity

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean MVR and a satisfactory safety record
• Current DOT medical certification
• Ability to manage long-haul schedules and operate independently on the road
• Strong commitment to on-time, damage-free delivery and regulatory compliance

Compensation & Incentives

• First-year earnings of $76,000 – $92,000, scaled to your experience level
• $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus paid in three installments: $1,000 after orientation, $1,000 at 3 months, and $1,000 at 6 months
