About the Role

As an OTR Dry Van Company Driver at Nussbaum, you'll haul dry van freight across long-haul routes on a full-time schedule. First-year drivers can expect to earn between $76,000 and $92,000 depending on experience. Nussbaum also offers a $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus, distributed as $1,000 upon completing orientation, $1,000 at the three-month mark, and $1,000 at six months — rewarding your commitment early and often.

What You'll Do

• Operate a dry van tractor-trailer on over-the-road routes throughout the continental United States
• Pick up, transport, and deliver freight safely and on schedule while maintaining full DOT compliance
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep accurate electronic logs (ELD)
• Communicate regularly with dispatch on load status, route changes, and any delays
• Uphold Nussbaum's standards of professionalism and safety on every run

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experience behind the wheel of a dry van tractor-trailer; OTR background is a strong advantage
• Clean motor vehicle record that meets carrier and DOT standards
• Current DOT medical certificate or the ability to pass a DOT physical
• Reliable, safety-focused, and professional work ethic
